Function 1 : Notch (Base Function)
Cnc machine can notch ribs for the deformed steel bar with all standard. The cnc machine use 4 server motor.
X axis : notch tool feed forward or turn back
Y axis :  the roll turning with warm gear
Z axis : notching tool turning on the lever surface with gear drive
A axis : the notch tool move from the left to the right

Function 2 : making (additional function)
CNC machine can make logo character, drawing etc.  on the surface of the roll. Marking cutter feed forward or turn back, and move from left to the right.

X axis : notch tool feed forward or turn back
Y axis :  the roll turning with warm gear
Z axis : the notch tool move from the left to the right
A axis : the marking cutter spindle turning with high speed, VFD
