Twin Head Idler Boring Machine is a hydraulically operated machine where boring of both the ends of idler pipe is done in automatic fashion with two heads, each having
multiple tools. The two heads and tools are adjusted initially depending on the diameter andthe length of idler. After which, the job is required to be placed on to the machine and Start Push Button is pressed for automatic clamping, boring of the job to the required dimensionsand the job is declamped. The machine is supplied with a Hydraulic Power Pack, without first fill of oil.
